For the Love of Puzzles

Founders, Jena and Rachel, started Piecework after discovering the joy and satisfaction that come from working on a puzzle. Not only do jigsaws have the power to bring people together, they’re entirely gratifying to complete on their own. And we believe that they deserve as much consideration as all of the other objects in our lives. We set out to make puzzles that are just as enjoyable to look at as they are to compose.

The name Piecework is a nod to the importance of the process — it’s about fitting something together by hand, working it through, piece by piece — instead of the outcome. Whether working alone or at a gathering of friends, we see puzzles as a means to slow down, connect, and live in the present.
