RETURN/REFUND POLICY

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from us. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return or exchange the item in its original condition and packaging. You may return merchandise for a store credit or exchange within TEN DAYS of receipt. Only the cost of the actual item will be credited. You are responsible for shipping. This applies to products on the website.

HOW TO INIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

All returns or exchanges are handled personally over the phone and must have authorization and approval to return. We will not accept packages returned without prior authorization. Please contact us at 208-726-0702.

SPECIAL ORDERS

If an item has been ordered for you specifically through the store, the order can not be returned as it is considered a specialty item for the customer..

NON-RETURNABLES

Returns postmarked after ten days of receipt of merchandise will not be accepted. Items that are holiday or seasonal are not returnable.

SHIPPING DAMAGE

By chance if there is any breakage with your purchase, please call our UPS store at 208-726-6896 and start a claim with them. All breakage must have a claim started with this UPS center.
